South Bay will cover an area of around 13,000 square feet and will contain roughly 800 villas and townhouses and over 200 waterfront mansions.
The project is currently open for pre-sales only with an official launch expected at the end of 2022.
The South Bay community comprises a mix of town houses, semi-detached houses and large stand-alone villas and will be built across a built-up area ranging from approximately 2,900 to 4,800 square feet.
The mansions will be located around a one kilometer long crystal lagoon which will have more than 3 kilometers of waterfront promenade as well as multiple beaches for swimming.
