South Bay will cover an area of around 13,000 square feet and will contain roughly 800 villas and townhouses and over 200 waterfront mansions
The thrid phase was launched in June 2023 with phases one and two having both sold out.
The development will comprise a mix of three- and four-bedroom townhouses as well as four- , five- , six- and seven-bedroom villas. The project was launched with an installment plan allowing investors to pay 5% as a deposit on booking, 45% during the construction phase and 50% over a set period of time after handover. Amenities will include a clubhouse, food and beverage facilities, jogging and bicycle paths, a lagoon pool, a mosque, a pond, a shopping mall, sports facilities and yoga and meditation areas.
