Responsibilities
- Receive leads and manage the enquiries by qualifying the clients
- Arrange meetings and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers and agreements between both parties
- Make outbound calls to find properties for sale or rent
- List properties on our CRM system
- Get contracts signed between tenant/landlord or buyer/seller and collect commission cheques
- Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients to promote future business
Qualifications
- Numerical aptitude
- Strong sales background
- Target driven
- Impressive personality with good presentation skills
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English
- Driving License is not mandatory but preferred
- Dubai Real Estate experience is not mandatory but preferred
- Willing to join immediately
