Responsibilities

  • Receive leads and manage the enquiries by qualifying the clients
  • Arrange meetings and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agreements between both parties
  • Make outbound calls to find properties for sale or rent
  • List properties on our CRM system
  • Get contracts signed between tenant/landlord or buyer/seller and collect commission cheques
  • Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients to promote future business

 

Qualifications

  • Numerical aptitude
  • Strong sales background
  • Target driven
  • Impressive personality with good presentation skills
  • Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Driving License is not mandatory but preferred
  • Dubai Real Estate experience is not mandatory but preferred
  • Willing to join immediately
